There is a structure of user types for company and agency users. The different roles are:

• Corporate Manager - Can create and manage groups but can also manage:
  • Company structure - can create sub-companies and departments
  • Company details, banners and logos
  • Users
  • Hotel content for non-connected hotels, can invite hotels to connect to RoomTrust
  • Hotel contracts
  • Preferred Hotels
  • Reporting
• Corporate Supervisor - Can create and manage groups. Have visibility of all the groups of the their division/department.
• Corporate Booker - Can create and manage groups but have visibility of their own groups, not those of colleagues.
• Corporate Viewer - Can view groups only, cannot change any content.
